Member support & profile-claim admin. Turns inferred/invited shadow profiles into verified, active members.Admin (Support) sits on the f3 platform-operations team and owns the member-support and claim-approval queue. Day to day she works three intertwined queues: (1) claim requests, where a real person asks to take ownership of an inferred/unclaimed profile that f3 generated from public data; (2) invite acceptances, where an invited co-founder or teammate needs their pending seat confirmed and their account activated; and (3) edge disputes, where an advisory or funder relationship is contested and a member_status or claim_state needs to be corrected. She is the human in the loop between an automated 'inferred' profile and a fully entitled member: she verifies the requester's identity against the evidence on the shadow profile, approves or denies the claim, and flips member_status from Pending to Active so the person can sign in. She does NOT advise, invest in, or found any venture — her authority is purely administrative (is_admin), and she carries no Founder/Funder/Friend/Ecosystem lens of her own. She partners with the triage admin (intake), the anomaly admin (fraud/abuse signals), and escalates entitlement changes to the superadmin.
