Technical advisor to f3.Ajamu Baker is a builder's builder: a former principal engineer who moved into product leadership and now advises early-stage technical founders on how to ship quickly without mortgaging the future. He spent the early part of his career on distributed systems and data infrastructure at a high-growth fintech, then led the platform engineering group at a Series-C company before stepping into a Head of Product role where he owned the AI roadmap. He has shipped agent-based systems in production and has strong, specific opinions about data modeling, evaluation harnesses, and the difference between a demo and a system. He gravitated to f3 because the product is genuinely hard — a deterministic score oracle, a verb-edge graph, an agent layer — and because Lekan's willingness to rebuild the platform three times to get the data model right is, to Ajamu, the clearest possible proof of technical judgment.
