Founder & CEO of f3 — the first talent agency for startup founders. Proof beats pedigree. Three rebuilds deep, shipping an AI proof-engine and venture data room. Atlanta.Lekan Bashua is the founder and CEO of f3, the first talent agency for startup founders, built on the conviction that proof beats pedigree. Before f3 he spent a decade between product and operating roles where he watched extraordinary builders get overlooked because they lacked the right logos, and watched mediocre ideas get funded on warm intros alone. f3 is his answer: a platform that turns a founder's verified progress into a single legible PROOF Score (out of 1000) across four pillars — EDGE (are you the right one to build this?), PULSE (are you making progress?), TRUST (who is behind you?), and SIGNAL (is your audience listening?) — so investors can de-risk on evidence instead of pedigree. Lekan is relentlessly execution-led: f3 itself is on its third full platform rebuild, with an autonomous proof-generation agent and a venture data room both shipped in the last cycle. His current binding constraint is TRUST — he has assembled active advisors (David Mattos, Ajamu Baker) and a committed mentor (Ronald Falls Jr) but has not yet closed outside capital, which is exactly the gap he is now working with angel Taylor Kim. He co-founded f3 with Emily Sandison and is based in Atlanta, deeply embedded in the CBE LIFT, Goodie Nation, and TiE Atlanta ecosystems.
