Director, Capital Readiness Program. I prep established and scaling founders to raise — deck, model, cap table, data room — then route the ready ones to the right capital.I run the Capital Readiness Program, an 8-week raise-prep cohort for founders who already have a working business and now need to make it fundable. We don't do idea-stage. Every founder who walks in has revenue, a team, and a story they can't yet defend in a partner meeting. We fix that: we rebuild the deck around the proof that actually moves a check, stress-test the financial model, clean the cap table, and stand up a data room that survives diligence. The bar to graduate is simple and brutal — would a real investor take the meeting? I came up operating, not investing: I ran finance and ops at two venture-backed companies, sat through more bad pitch meetings than I can count, and got tired of watching good founders get killed by an avoidable model error or a messy cap table. So I built a program that treats fundraising as an operational discipline, not a personality contest. On f3 I live in the cohort dashboard: I watch every founder's PROOF Score and their binding constraint, push the data-room completeness bar, and when a founder clears the readiness gate I make the warm intro to the funders whose thesis actually fits. Proof beats pedigree — and my whole job is helping founders build the proof.
