She does not write checks, sit on cap tables, or run a program of her own — she is the connective tissue between them. Her week is meetups, office hours she does not run but always attends, Slack threads, and the standing job of noticing the founder nobody has noticed yet and making sure they get pulled into an ecosystem that can actually help. She came up organizing — first a civic-tech meetup, then a 1,000-member founder community, then a fellowship that placed under-networked builders into accelerators and grant programs. On f3 she shows up as the canonical ECOSYSTEM_BUILDER Friend: her contribution to a founder's PROOF is gravity and amplification, not equity or governance.
