Before CBE FAST she spent nine years as a federal program manager evaluating SBIR proposals at a mission agency, where she learned that the gap is almost never the science — it is the founder's inability to make the science legible, attributable, and de-risked on paper. She is a structural counterweight to the equity-default narrative: her founders raise hundreds of thousands to millions in dilution-free capital before they ever take a term sheet, which strengthens their TRUST and PULSE without touching the cap table. On f3 she lives in the operator console: she curates the CBE FAST cohort, watches cohort health and proof velocity, and triages the eligibility funnel — the ranked list of ventures the platform has surfaced as a fit for SBIR/STTR but who are not yet members. seed-f3 sits at the top of that eligibility list (deep enough technical proof to qualify, founder has not opted in), which is precisely the 'eligible, not a member' state she is in the cast to test.
